Grand Rental Policies

All cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee of equal to 50% of the total rental.  Sub-rented items are non-refundable (i.e. Linens).

All deliveries made to a drive up tent or garage, no more than 25′ from the delivery truck and trailer.  To avoid any or all tear down fees, have the items that were delivered set and stacked in the same location and manner that they were left by Grand Rental.

Reservations are recommended.  A 50% deposit of the total rental and signed contract is due at time of he reservation.

Credit/debit cards only, no cash. No cash will be returned if contract is paid with credit/debit card. Store credit will be issued at this point if needed. Be advised some debit card banks don’t allow for refunds on your debit card.

Missing Items
In the event you notice something is missing from your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Please make sure all items are returned and in condition listed on your contract including any deposit conditions (i.e. cleaning, tear down etc.)

Problems With Rental Items
If you are having problems with a rental item, please notify us IMMEDIATELY so we may correct the problem. We will go over equipment with you before you leave the store. In the event you are having a problem with a rental item once it leaves the store, we will first attempt to diagnose it over the phone. Many times it is a simple fix. If we are not able to diagnose it via phone, you will be asked to return it to the store so we can have our technician go over it with you. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL OUR TECHNICIAN INSPECTS RENTAL ITEM.

Loading Items
Please make sure everything is secure for your own safety and liability. This includes trailers connected to ball and rental items loaded and strapped. Grand Rental is NOT responsible for the loading of rental items in vehicles which includes any personal damage.

Trailer Lights
Grand Rental is not responsible for any trailer lights not working once trailer leaves premise. Please make sure all trailer lights are working properly. Let us know if something isn’t working before leaving.

Closing the Contract
Once a rental item is returned, we close the contract. At that point, we are unable to make any adjustments or refunds. If an adjustment or refund would by chance be agreed upon, it will be in store credit.

Please inform us of any defects or faulty equipment you may notice before you leave with the rental item as you will be charged for it upon return.

Price Matching
We will match any written quote with equal items from other rental companies.
